Loneliness in a new country: what can I do?

During this workshop, we will focus on the strategies for adapting to a new country and building relationships in a new environment while still maintaining relationships with family and friends in one's homeland. Creating new relationship in a new country with a new culture could be challenging. We will give you some advice on how to cope with feelings of sadness and loneliness after leaving one's family and friends behind.

Have I got dyslexia? Where can I find help?

University students are sometimes not aware that their study difficulties are caused by dyslexia as they managed to compensate the difficulties by their high cognitive abilities at elementary and secondary school. The seminar will list various signs of dyslexia and introduce basic sources of help and support.
