On Thursday, 8 October 2026, Charles University will host another edition of Mental Health Day – a full-day event dedicated to mental health, prevention, and wellbeing.
Whether you are looking for inspiration, practical skills or insights into current topics in psychology, this year's programme has something for everyone.
The main programme begins at 13:00 in Modrá posluchárna (Celetná 20), featuring talks and discussions led by experts. Throughout the day, UK Point (Celetná 13) will host practical workshops, relaxation sessions, meditation, and information stands presented by university services, non-profit organisations, and partner projects. The day will conclude with a screening of the documentary Necítím nic, followed by a discussion in the Hala UK Pointu.
The event is open to Charles University students, staff, and the general public. Admission is free.
