University-wide Environment (Tenant) M365

Students and staff of Charles University have the opportunity to use some of Microsoft's cloud services within the M365 subscription provided centrally by the university at no additional cost. You can log in to the university-wide M365 environment at www.office.com or simply office.com using the university-assigned identity cisloosoby@cuni.cz (you will be redirected to the Central Authentication Service of Charles University).

Within the A3 licence package, in addition to some other applications or cloud services (see the complete list of available online services), full versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote, Publisher, and Access are available for PC or Mac for up to 5 computers. Detailed instructions for installing desktop applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) can be found here. The A3 licence may be assigned upon request depending on the faculty/department affiliation (if needed, contact the local faculty support).

In case of problems with logging into the university-wide M365 environment, the Exchange online service (cloud email), or any other M365 service in the university-wide tenant, always contact the relevant faculty IT support first. The Computing Centre, as the administrator of the university-wide M365 tenant, does not provide end-user support, only L2 support to faculty administrators in cases where they cannot resolve the issue themselves.
