All students and staff can use the online version of the Office suite within the A1 license package:

• Office Online allows you to create and edit documents directly in a web browser, wherever you are.

• Mobile versions of programs for Android and iOS.

• For students: 15 GB of space for student email accounts (each student has an account created in the central M365 tenant for the duration of their studies, which includes an email account. The student's login to this account is "personalNumber"@cuni.cz, and the primary address of their mailbox is in the format firstname.lastnameXYZ@student.cuni.cz, where "personalNumber" is an eight-digit personal number printed on the ID card under the photo, and XYZ is a randomly generated three-digit number ensuring unique identification).

• For students: 40 GB of space for OneDrive cloud storage.

And other online applications, such as:

• Teams can be used for communication and collaboration on individual projects or within specific teams.

• SharePoint for creating team or internal websites.

• The popular email application 

  Outlook (Exchange Online).
