In addition to the services provided under the A1 license, the A3 license package also includes:

• Full versions of programs from the desktop Office suite in the "Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise" edition (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). These applications can be installed on up to 5 PCs or Macs, as well as on 5 tablets and up to 5 phones. In total, you can have the applications installed on up to 15 devices. • A variety of online applications (see overview). The operation support for these applications is provided by the individual IT departments at the faculties (the range of supported applications may vary for different faculties or units).

The services and applications provided within the A3 license package can be used by students and staff of faculties and units, provided that the licenses have been purchased by the faculty/unit for the university-wide environment.
