            Within the A3 licence package, in addition to some other applications or cloud services (s

            OneNote, Publisher, and Access are available for PC or Mac for up to 5 computers. Detailed

            assigned upon request depending on the faculty/department affiliation (if needed, contact 

            support).

            In case of problems with logging into the university-wide M365 environment, the Exchange o

            (cloud email), or any other M365 service in the university-wide tenant, always contact the
            IT support first. The Computing Centre, as the administrator of the university-wide M365 t
            provide end-user support, only L2 support to faculty administrators in cases where they ca

            issue themselves.
