Psychological resilience workshop for students


Join us for an interactive workshop focused on mental resilience and its strengthening!


We are living in very stressful times, which can be callenging, even for people who are mentally resilient. When we are under a lot of stress, it's hard to find ways to get out of it. Don't be afraid to come and share your experiences with your peers and two trained psychologist. We will discuss, try relaxation techniques, share experiences about living in another country and drink tea mindfully.


What are we going to talk about?

How to cope with demandeing and stresfull university studies?

How to prepare for a school, what about procrastination? How can you improve your time management?

How to relax and what is self-care?

Where can you find help? When to seek help?


Schedule:

Saturday 10:00 - 17:00 (with lunch break)

Sunday 10:00 - 14:00

After agreement with the participants, it is possible to adjust the time, will be agreed at the beginning of the workshop.
