YOGA FOR EMPLOYEES 2024

This year, we plan to open a total of 12 yoga courses lasting 10 weeks.

The courses will be divided into 3 cycles - WINTER, SPRING, AUTUMN

In each cycle, 4 courses will run simultaneously - 2 on Tuesday and 2 on Thursday

A total of 4 yoga courses will take place once per week over a period of 10 weeks at Hybernská Campus, Hybernská 4, Prague 1 – rear section (lecture hall)

every Tuesday, beginning on 15 October 2024 from 15:45 – 16:45 Register

every Tuesday, beginning on 15 October 2024 from 17:00 – 18:00 Register

every Thursday, beginning on 17 October 2024 from 16:00 - 17:00 Register

every Thursday, beginning on 17 October 2024 from 17:15 - 18:15 Register

You need a mat and comfortable sports clothes for the lessons.

The price for the entire course (10 lessons) is CZK 500.
