For most students, studying and working are part of everyday life. But where does leisure fit in? Or even a proper time for studying? In today’s fast-paced world, our attention is constantly stolen by endless opportunities. The result? We either get stuck doing nothing—or we drown in tasks and stress.
This interactive workshop will help you escape procrastination and burnout. You will learn how to manage your studies, work, and personal life without guilt, and how to plan your future effectively.
What you will gain:
Discover your biggest “time eaters”
Learn how to set priorities and focus on what really matters
Explore proven time management techniques and tools
Create a realistic schedule that works for you
Improve your digital hygiene and try out useful apps
The event takes place from 4 PM to 6 PM.

I am an enthusiastic lecturer in communication and self-development. My journey into soft skills began during my studies at FF UJEP in Ústí nad Labem and at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität in Freiburg. Now, I continue to develop this expertise by organising soft-skills workshops and seminars for PhD candidates at CU Point. Always curious, I seek out new and practical topics that address today's challenges. Beyond academia, I also enjoy speaking at pop-cultural events such as the Fantasy Festival and Comic-Con in Prague. |
