Whether you're a beginner or advanced, yoga offers incredible benefits for both the body and mind. It helps improve flexibility, strength, and mental health. All you need is comfortable sportswear and a mat to practice on. Come and enjoy the experience!
Anna Vilím Augustinová is an Alumni of Faculty of Arts of CU and an experienced yoga instructor specializing in dynamic vinyasa and rocket yoga. She believes yoga is not just about physical exercise but also about recognizing and respecting your needs, whether it's pushing yourself or taking a step back. Anna’s journey into yoga teaching began through her love of rock climbing, where she discovered the joy of helping others grow. In her classes, she emphasizes the connection between the body and mind, aiming to help her students achieve an active body and a calm mind.
