When: 19/11/2024 4PM - 7PM
This interactive webinar focuses on understanding psychological crises and their manifestations in behaviour, thinking and emotions. The course offers skills for recognizing crises in others and providing support so that the person in crisis can overcome difficulties on their own or find follow-up help. Participants will learn the basics of how to work with acute crisis conditions such as crying, anxiety or bursts of anger. Emphasis is placed on respect for others, but also on self-care. The course is enriched with case stories.
