Ballet Romeo and Juliet
We would like to give you a chance to experience the Czech culture from many different perspectives. As some of you have not been to the theatre in Prague yet, CU SWC and Alumni Club would like to offer you a unique opportunity and invite you to a theatre performance. You do not have to worry about your Czech, though.
The ballet Romeo and Juliet is based on the original story by William Shakespeare, the music was composed by Sergey Prokofiev, and the current adaptation was made by John Cranko originally for the company of La Scala in Milan. Enjoy the timeless story of love with us, only a day after Valentine's Day! We hope you will enjoy the unique milieu of State Opera, which has been recently reopened.
Please note that you are expected to wear formal clothes.
According to the government's decision, visitors must meet these conditions.
