Doctoral studies inevitably bring moments of doubt. You may feel that you are not good enough, that you don’t really belong in academia, or that sooner or later someone will “find out” you are here by mistake (imposter syndrome). Many Ph.D. students experience these feelings, though they are rarely spoken about.
In this session, we will create space for sharing experiences and exploring strategies to cope with doubts and your inner critic. Together, we will reflect on what helps you strengthen healthy self-confidence even in challenging moments, and you will define at least one concrete action step to support yourself in this process.
This meeting is one of the three-session academic coaching. All of the workshops could be participated in separately.
