Practical Czech Law

The lecture focuses generally on the issue of visa/residency permits in the Czech Republic, what are the options for working in the Czech Republic, the difference between employment and business, and what types of contracts can be concluded in the Czech Republic.


The lecture also covers problems with living situations, especially concluding lease contracts, rules about deposits, the difference between lease and sublease contracts and purchase contracts.


Last but not least we go through the general obligations of foreigners in the Czech Republic and what opportunities Czech law offers for graduates and how to use Databox for your simpler life with Czech authorities.
