Assessment Training Centre in English

People say that experiences are not transferable and that some things need to be experienced. It is exactly this saying that applies to our training of the method of selecting suitable employees, the so-called assessment centre. As this training will be held in English, you are very welcome to come.

Assessment center (AC) is a specific form of selection procedure of candidates for various positions. It is usually a full-day comprehensive diagnostic program that includes, in addition to classic interviews, various model situations, examples of teamwork, and last but not least, psychodiagnostics. All these exercises aim to map the candidate's ability to handle various aspects of the given position, such as teamwork, communication skills, art of (self-)presentation, effective time-management and delegation of tasks.

About the speaker

Marek Velas is a personal trainer, lecturer, and methodological instructor. He graduated in Andragogy and Human Resources Development at Charles University in Prague. He acted as the head of a lifelong career guidance center and has many years of experience in human resources and career counseling in both the public and private sectors. His portfolio of clients includes the IT industry, retail, FMCG, and the public sector.

As a trainer, he focuses on social skills, relations skills, and human resources performance and offers clients his expertise in adult counseling. He is the proud godfather of reactgirls.com. Marek publishes articles about career counseling and is currently working on two projects - offboarding.cz and edupunk.cz.
