Building Psychological Resilience Workshop for University Students


This workshop is designed specifically for university students to equip them with the essential skills and strategies needed to navigate the challenges of academic life and beyond. It aims to empower students to bounce back from setbacks, cope with stress, and thrive in their personal and academic pursuits.


Key Topics Covered:

- Understanding Stress and Resilience

- Stres and Mental Health Issues

- Goal Setting, Motivation and Time management

- Self-care and Relaxation Techniques


Workshop Format:

This interactive and engaging workshop is conducted over two days, allowing for in-depth exploration of each topic through a combination of presentations, group discussions, interactive exercises, and other activities.


Schedule:

Saturday 10:00 - 17:00 (with lunch break)

Sunday 10:00 - 14:00

After agreement with the participants, it is possible to adjust the time, will be agreed at the beginning of the workshop.


Lecturers:

Facilitators with expertise in psychology, mindfulness and counseling lead the sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
