Zveme akademické pracovníky a studijní referenty na vzdělávací seminář zaměřený na porozumění duševním obtížím studujících a možnosti podpory v univerzitním prostředí. Setkání nabídne praktické nástroje, sdílení zkušeností i prostor pro diskuzi. Uskuteční se 27. listopadu od 15:00 do 18:00 v hlavní budově Filozofické fakulty UK, a to pod vedením Mgr. Veroniky Šporclové, PhD.
V listopadu nás čekají dva vzdělávací semináře vedené v angličtině: Jak na každodenní psychickou sebepéči a Swipe, stress & scrollování: Duševní zdraví v digitální éře. Srdečně zveme studující, kteří hledají nástroje pro zvládání stresu a náročných podzimních dní.
Potýkáš se s psychickými obtížemi při studiu? Ztrácíš motivaci? Bojuješ se stresem, samotou nebo tlakem v rámci studia? V Peer programu UK ti pomůže vrstevník/ce, který/á tě podpoří. Nemusíš na to být sám/sama - využij peer podporu.
